Where Scent Meets Sip

Prohibition Nights takes candle burning to a whole new level. Each candle in this collection is an olfactory masterpiece, designed to evoke the ambiance of a classic speakeasy. But it doesn't stop at just the fragrance; these candles each come with a recipe for a classic cocktail featuring spirits from Crater Lake Distillery. Here's a sneak peek at some of the captivating candles and their cocktail counterparts:

French 75

Mint Mojito

Recipe: When your Mint Mojito candle is done setting the mood, muddle fresh mint leaves with 2 oz of Crater Lake Vodka (or your favorite white rum), and 3/4 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint or lime wheel.

Moscow Mule

Top with chilled soda water and a lime wheel garnish. Serve in a copper mug or your favorite glassware.

Old Fashioned

Old Fashioned Soy Candle

Scent Notes: Orange Peel | Tonka Bean | Whiskey

Recipe: When your Old Fashioned candle is no more, stir up a glass of timeless elegance. Muddle a sugar cube with 3 dashes of Angostura bitters. Add 2 oz of Crater Lake Rye Whiskey (or your favorite whiskey) and a teaspoon of water. Stir with ice, and garnish with an orange twist.

Maintaining the Elegance: Cleaning Your Glass

To ensure that your glass container remains as elegant as the day you received it, follow these simple cleaning methods:

Freezer method: Place your candle in the freezer until any remaining wax hardens. Use a butter knife to pop the wax right out and remove the wick holder. After this, hand wash with soap & warm water, rinse, and dry.

Oven method: Remove all labels and pop your candle into the oven at its lowest setting until any remaining wax melts. Remove the jar, pour out remaining wax, and wipe clean with a paper towel. Bonus: this method makes your home smell amazing!

Now, your glass is ready for its next purpose – whether it's serving cocktails, holding flowers, or lighting another candle.

Sustainable and Stylish: Repurposing the Glass

At Broken Top, sustainability isn't just a buzzword; it's a lifestyle and Prohibition Nights lives up to this commitment. Each candle comes in a chic, reusable glass container, perfect for cocktail creations or creative repurposing:
