Your first Candle Club order will ship shortlly after your purchase date (1-4 business days). Hooray!
All subsequent Candle Club orders will be billed on the same day of the month as your original sign-up date.

You can purchase prepaid subscriptions in increments of 3, 6, or 12 months at a discounted rate! When purchasing a prepaid subscription, be sure to input the address of the recipient in the shipping information section.
Good question! Canceling or skipping your next month’s subscription can be easily done by logging into your account or contacting us at support@brokentopcandleco.com.
Please keep in mind that you must cancel or skip your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date.
